Sophie Rao

Sophie is a Director within the North American Gas, Power and Renewable Energy practice at Aurex Group, joining the Houston office in 2018. She manages client relationships while recruiting senior commercial talent for a diverse client base, including commodity traders, financial sponsors, and renewable owners and developers.

Prior to joining Aurex Group, Sophie recruited for a global search agency serving the private equity and financial markets. She has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from James Madison University.
