Throughout his career, Max has built deep relationships across the commodities sector, fulfilling mandates for senior to mid-level talent in trading, sales, and commodity finance roles. He has partnered with internationally regarded physical trading houses, information houses and banks, predominantly helping to build teams in the growing metals space.

At Aurex Group, he oversees front-office trading, sales, commodity finance and senior-level search mandates across the UK and Europe.
