My client is a leading real estate development firm with exciting residential development projects. They are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join the team in conjunction with their on-going and up-coming projects.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales campaigns and liaise with property agents
  • Plan and implement effective sales plans to achieve business target
  • Maintain the sales office and show flat at the highest level
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure compliance with the statutory requirements
  • Handle customers / property agents’ enquiry in timely order
  • Gather market research and maintain market analysis and sales presentation
  • Handle ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Degree holder in sales & marketing, business administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in real estate industry
  • Strong market sense and sound knowledge of the real estate market
  • Good sales skill and able to drive revenue and growth of the organization
  • Proactive with strong sense of responsibility and result-oriented
  • Fluent in verbal and written English and Chinese
