My client a leading consumer-focused business currently require a Senior HR Business Partner to join the team in Hong Kong. Ideally, you are a commercially minded and progressive HR professional and a credible and sound business partner.

Responsibilities:

  • To act as a strategic partner to the Exec and Exec-1 within the Functions/Regions on a range of complex, and strategically important aspects of the Group in a regional capacity.
  • In conjunction with the HR Director, shape, implement and review the people strategy in line with business plans and Group-wide HR strategy. This includes leadership development, talent management, employee engagement, ER, diversity and inclusion initiatives, reward and recognition, and organisational design.
  • Build Function/ Brands/ Regions talent and manage key talent requirements.
  • Handle sensitive ER situations in a way that supports the Pentland values and commercial requirements

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resource, Business administration or related discipline.
  • At least 8 years all round HR experience, experiences gained in sizable international organizations is preferable.
  • Strong experience of partnering and collaborating at a senior HR level in a commercial, matrix environment.
  • Strategic mindset and commercial focus with a demonstrated ability to interpret business goals into robust people strategies and plan, identifying initiatives to deliver on it.
