The Senior Capital Projects Analyst is responsible for providing capital projects planning and commercial support to the regional project portfolio. You will support the Corporate Real Estate team in managing and reporting the annual Capital Plan, monthly change control and cash flow re-forecast. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the lead and projects team on reporting monthly projects’ cash flow
  • Compilation of financial and project’s data from multiple sources and databases
  • Support the lead and the team on annual capital plan exercise
  • Support the lead on tracking changes in preparation for monthly capital plan reforecast
  • Provide support and all necessary technology system data inputs
  • Assist the projects team on developing estimates and budget for approvals
  • Review project budgets/ estimates to ensure accuracy of cost type allocations and commitments/ spends (Capital v Expense)
  • Review accuracy of financial close out forms
  • Support project management data excellence, review data accuracy across various systems
  • Assist in developing capital planning playbook
  • Assist in gatekeeping Project’s KPI’s

Essential Skills/ Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Strong financial / analytical skills and highly proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent verbal / written communication (English), negotiation and presentation skills
  • Proven record of excellent internal and external customer service
  • Ability to engage the organization, the customer, and key stakeholders and establish a high level of credibility
  • Willing to work in a diverse team environment
  • Strategic thinker with a strong action/results orientation
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage time effectively and establish priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced team environment
  • Commercial acumen and awareness
