Aurex Group is working with a leading property developer, listed in HK and has an outstanding portfolio of assets with 100 projects developed and currently under construction.
Now executing their growth plan, our client is seeking for a Sales & Marketing General Manager in Hong Kong to lead and grow their sales activities.
- Organize, manage and coordinate the team
- Establish sales objectives and sales forecasts
- Coordinate and carry out relevant department affairs
- Coordinate the development of overseas projects
- Provide regular market updates and reports
- Manage the full sales cycle from customer relationship development, specification alignment, on time delivery of quality products and services
- Strengthen the management of overseas service platform including immigrant, studying abroad, house buying, and travel and so on, to match up the sales activities of overseas projects
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or above; graduates from QS top 100 universities are preferred.
- 8-12 years experiences in large-scale enterprise or local famous enterprise with 5 years or more experiences in management position
- Be familiar with the overall process of management work of real estate development and operation. Used to be the leader of the sales or marketing department in Hong Kong leading real estate group
- Proven sales performance in Hong Kong market is a must
- Participate in the development and operation of several large projects
Owns leadership of organization, coordination and communication
- An autonomous nature with a track record of setting and achieving sales targets
- Willingness to learn and accept new ideas
- Fluency in English & Mandarin
