Reporting directly to the Head of Sales based in Hong Kong, the role of the revenue driver is as follows but not limited to:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for new market penetration.
  • Driving the sales team in achieving planned revenue target for the coverage area. 
  • Responsible for the P&L of the business unit in-charge, driving profitability on a consistent and sustainable basis. 
  • Operate as a hybrid (both hunter and farmer) to expand clientele coverage in the dedicated area. 
  • Monitor and review new account revenue and conversion rates and strategise accordingly to maximise revenue.


Candidate Profile
The candidate should possess the following:

  • At least 5-8 years of total working experience within the Industrial Electronic Components/ EMS/ Semiconductor sectors.
  • Experience in leading a business unit with P&L responsibility.
  • Proven sales track record.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with people at all levels of the business.
  • Flexible to be based in Hong Kong/ China.
