Aurex Group is working with a well known and recognisable organisation in the built environment. A global business, they have an award winning track record and continue to expand their business. Due to continued growth and a committed investment in their support team, the firm is now searching for a Regional Marketing & Communications Manager in Hong Kong.

As the Regional Marketing Communications Manager, you will lead a small but high performing and dynamic team. The company culture and team environment is very international, vibrant and collegiate. 

The role will require you to:

  • Develop and implement marketing and communications strategies and associated collateral that will differentiate the firm in the market.
  • Work with colleagues across the Global Marketing and Communications Team, Business Development and APAC Directorship to ensure marketing and communications activities are strategically and commercially aligned, audience-driven, informed by data (where possible) and focused on delivering meaningful ROI.
  • Produce and oversee all written communications, both internal and external, across the Asia Pacific region in line with the company’s brand objectives.
  • Maximise the visibility, impact and value of the company’s intellectual capital and content, through creative, planned and audience-focused marketing and communications campaigns.
  • Increase awareness of marketing and communications best practice, especially in the areas of digital and content marketing, and drive greater adoption across the company.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies and practice in the marketing and communications arenas considering how they may be relevant and add value to our activities and stakeholder experience.

The Ideal Candidate will:

  • A degree qualification and 8-10 years experience in a similar role.
  • Previously have worked for a B2B consultancy or a professional services firm, within a global and matrix structure.
  • Excellent writing and copy editing skills.
  • Awareness of digital deployment and a passion for new trends and channels of content marketing.
  • Be have excellent people and management skills to interact with senior executives, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties.
  • Capability with content management systems, SEO, web publishing platforms and content marketing is preferred
