We are seeking expressions of interest for a strategic Change Manager / Business Partner with experience in real estate projects to support a major relocation project in Melbourne for a minimum six month term.
Ideally candidates will have experience, and be certified in, change management, particularly in driving accommodation and churn management strategy throughout this period. A strong customer and client focus as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. A proven track record of managing the change and communications around a major or multiple relocation is essential.
This role is a senior appointment but it will also require a hands on approach.
