My client is a multinational consultancy firm. They are looking for a Office Admin professional to join and support the business in Hong Kong.
  
Responsibilities:

  • Provide all-rounded administration support to the team
  • Employment administration (contracts, offer packs, relocations, visa applications)
  • Work closely with the finance team to prepare payrolls, invoicing and reporting
  • Formulate and execute new policies, guidelines, procedures in administration / office services / facilities management
  • Oversee office facilities and liaise with building management to ensure proper productivity, safety, comfort and professionalism
  • Supervise a team of administrators to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle correspondence and assignments independently and professionally in a tight schedule
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • University graduate or above
  • At least 3 years of solid experience in back office support roles
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Meticulous, highly-organized, capable of working under pressure, and able to meet deadlines with good time management
  • Attentive to details with ability to prioritize multiple skills
  • Sound knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Immediate available is preferred
