My client is a global real estate investment firm with footprint in the APAC region. They are looking for an Office Admin / HR Officer to join and support their regional team.

Office Admin / HR Officer

Responsibilities

  • Reports to the Head of HR
  • To assist in daily general office administration, but not limited to purchase, replenish office supplies and manage facility maintenance and vendor management
  • To assist in office renovation/ relocation projects
  • To assist in coordinating and organizing company events and staff recreation activities
  • To assist in HR duties including HR documents, payroll and recruitment
  • To work closely with universities for company internship program
  • To handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by management, if required

  
Requirements

  • 1-3 years of back office admin experience
  • Pleasant personality, flexible and energetic
  • Good PC knowledge in MS Office & Chinese word processing
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese is a MUST
