Major Structure & Role:
Serving at headquarters, reporting to the Group HRD and managing a small team to act as business partner to business unit(s) across HR functions, supported by HR services team.
The Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources or management
  • Min 13 years of experience in large scale operations, with 8 years in managerial level
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with employees at different levels and diverse years of services
  • Strong business sense
  • Proactive and independent in developing and implementing HR policies, and lead streamlining and re-engineering process in HR to mitigate high work pressure
  • Capable to think out of the box to resolve HR issues and design new HR programs with modern HR concepts
  • Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, especially excel and Chinese input
