This company is a globally recognised leader in their field. Due to continue growth, expansion, and internal promotion they are now seeking for a HR Office to join their team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

  • Performing an all-rounded HR functions including but not limited to recruitment & selection, payroll & MPF, medical & leave administration, compensation & benefits, employee relations
  • Assist to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Deliver monthly payroll processing including enrollment and termination of MPF
  • Update and manage internal system database to record and report relevant employee information 
  • Support the HR Manager across other generalist HR requirements to broaden your career and experience

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-years’ experience in HR and/or payroll function
  • Experience in handling HRIS
  • Familiar with Hong Kong and China employment ordinance and regulations
  • Good communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a dynamic business environment 
  • Attention to detail, mature, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Proficient in MS office
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality a must
