Key Responsibilities include but not limit to:

  • Support to the business on HR Operations related matters
  • Assist with the recruitment process for the region, including:
    • managing the recruitment vendor, preparing position descriptions and coordinating interviews
    • assisting with the administration of employment confirmations, employment certification letters and reference/background checks etc.
  • Support in ensuring that all onboarding and offboarding processes are in place and documents for employees are collaborated and properly maintained in e-personnel files
  • Generate relevant monthly reports and analysis as required
  • Liaise with insurance companies on enrolment of new staff, administering the invoices from the insurance brokers, assist in staff claims management and other insurance related matters
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in employee records in HR database
  • Assist in Payroll, payroll audits, Leave and Benefit Management, salary calculation, annual staff tax returns, payslips, training record etc. for all SEA offices
  • Liaise with service provider to implement payroll, leave, claim systems for new entities
  • Support and assist in HR projects and initiatives that contribute to improving employee engagement

Skills and Experience Requirement:

  • Minimum Diploma in HR or related studies
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrate a high level of integrity and ability to handle highly confidential information appropriately
