Aurex Group has partnered with a well regarded, high performing real estate investment management company as they embark on an exciting growth plan. Key to this growth plan is the creation and development on new compensation and benefits plans for Group level executives as well as business units and operating companies across the globe.

As such, we are searching for a motivated HR Business Partner with specialism in Executive Compensation and a proven understanding of complex performance based compensation packages.

As a Group level hire, your role will primarily focus on the bespoke compensation mechanisms the company may employ such as:

  • Carried interest;
  • Co-investment plans;
  • Performance shares;
  • Retention bonus; etc

As the key driver for such plans, you will be responsible for executive level communication to the Group and the project management of implementing such plans among the various portfolio companies and operating entities.

To be successful in this role, you will have previous worked in an environment with a similar scope and an organisation with similarly complex compensation structures.
