An international real estate service provider group are currently seeking to appoint a highly motivated Director of Investment Services to join a leading Singapore / SE Asia capital markets team. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to a platform led by senior executives amongst the most highly regarded in APAC. The firm are at the forefront of the investment sales market, leading some of the region’s most high-profile transactions across Commercial, Industrial and alternative asset classes.
The firm’s client base includes global institutional and private equity together with some of Asia’s largest PERE asset managers. 
This is a substantial long-term opportunity for a talented and respected real estate investment broker who wishes to join a multidisciplinary investment brokerage and advisory practice.

  • Commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions
  • Investment origination and execution
  • Assessing and tracking industry research and trends
  • Ability to manage deal process from cradle to grave
  • Excellent contacts book and motivated by aims in increasing market share


  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 7 years of commercial real estate experience
  • Some experience of corporate finance and tax structuring, preferred but not essential
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Clear / articulate communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Demonstrable track record of real estate investment sales in Asia markets
