Aurex Group (formerly Capstone Recruitment) is partnered with a leading advisory and consulting practice with a global reputation for advising Governments, PPP’s and private organisations in developing and managing large scale projects across infrastructure and real estate. The business currently enjoys a reputation as a market leader and seek to further expand their service offerings.

After discussions with the Partners, there is a commitment to identify and attract a Director level person to establish and build a Project Management Office (PMO) within this region. To complement existing deal advisory work being completed by the business, a PMO offering would offer a more holistic value proposition to clients.

The PMO Director would be responsible for defining the go-to-market strategy of the service line and initiate commercial relationships on this basis. They would need a demonstrable track record winning and delivering mandates in this space and the ability to attract and retain talent to the business.

It is expected the PMO Director will have worked in a similar advisory organization or perhaps within a management consultant or diversified engineering firm which offers this solution. Their track record would exist within major Government projects, including PPP endeavors, covering master plan developments and infrastructure.
