My client is a leading infrastructure Senior and Mezz debt investor. They have successfully invested in a wide range of infrastructure subsectors in Europe, North America and Asia and became a leader in the asset class, supported by a strong and global client base.

Job Summary:

Work as a part of the Infrastructure  Investment Management team focusing on
(i) deal origination and execution across infrastructure debt;
(ii) managing investments, including reviewing and analysing the investment opportunities, research and due diligence, negotiation, underwriting, execution and on-going management;
(iii)    involved in deal sourcing and launch of new Mezz strategy
  
Key Responsibilities:
  

  • Undertake and review due diligence on potential investments
  • Review and run sensitivities on financial models
  • Assist with all aspects of investment analysis and deal with internal queries on a day-to-day basis
  • Assess the appropriate debt level and debt structure for the potential transaction
  • Support with the negotiation of terms sheets and loan documentation
  • Have responsibility for contributing to investment papers and responding to client and Investment Committee requests

  
Requirements:
  

  • Have exposure to the infrastructure and/or renewable sector
  • Have demonstrable knowledge and experience in project finance and/or infrastructure lending
  • Be highly numerate and have financial modelling skills
  • Have exposure to debt sizing and sculpting
  • Have credit analysis skills and be able to feed this into writing investment reports and approval presentations to senior management and investment committees
