We are partnering with a prestigious group with high-end retail brands to seek for a CRM Manager to join. The candidate will be responsible for their VIP loyalty programme, customer experience, organize and monitor CRM events etc.
  
Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the loyalty programs & customer experience projects
  • Plan and implement CRM initiatives to achieve strategic goals, especially on retention and VIP nurturing
  • Understand customer needs and design customer journey roadmap to drive spend and increase customer engagement
  • Work closely with Events & Promotion team on VIP events and initiatives
  • Work with data analysts to formulate strategy and tactic to building customer’s loyalty.

  
Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality or other relevant subjects
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience
  • Candidates from luxury shopping malls, banks (credit card loyalty programme), luxury retail brand, private clubs are welcome
  • Speaks fluent English and Chinese
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with a proactive approach
