Our client is a leading boutique real estate investment management firm with a proven track record of real estate investing and more than $7bn USD in AUM. They are currently seeking a Fund Finance Director to lead their investment operations fund hub in APAC. Based in Singapore the position offers the opportunity to play a central role in the financial management and reporting activities of the firm’s APAC & European Funds.


Complete all financial reporting pertaining to the Funds, adhering to high standards of accuracy and strict deadlines

  • Act as lead contact for the audit of financial statements, tax issues, and liaising with external tax specialists
  • Lead in  debt sourcing and re-financings alongside respective treasury function
  • Lead the Fund team in maximizing efficiency of all operational and transactional matters
  • Oversee all matters pertaining to investors
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships within the region


  • 12+ years of directly related accounting experience
  • Extensive experience in real estate fund management
  • Excellent knowledge in IFRS reporting
  • University Degree & qualified CPA
  • Sound technical skills with an understanding of real estate investments
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset
  • Strong leadership skills, collaborative, and open-minded
  • Problem solver with a positive attitude
  • Clear and effective communicator with the ability to confidently liaise with a diverse and senior level stakeholder group
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and one other Asian language
  • Operational / team management experience strongly preferred
