The Portfolio Management position is based in Singapore and will be supporting the APAC Investment & Asset Management team on portfolio reporting, operational and analytical aspects of a flagship APAC real estate fund.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Integrate asset level cash flow models into fund model for returns forecasting
  • Prepare liquidity analysis for the Fund
  • Review all asset management quarterly point forward cash flow models, assumptions, check for accuracy, logic, robustness of output against annual budget and strategic plans.
  • Prepare sensitivity analysis for the Fund
  • Maintain performance track record of the Funds and Funds’ assets
  • Prepare portfolio analysis to review risk and exposures of the Fund for purpose of Fund Strategic Planning
  • Coordinate semi-annual valuation of the portfolio and assist in reviewing the valuation
  • Maintain and update portfolio database regularly and liaise with asset managers to collect the portfolio data
  • Manage all investor requests, including coordinating data collection
  • Prepare quarterly investor reports, materials for investor conferences material and monthly and quarterly internal management report, etc.
  • Assist in completing investor due diligence and review to ensure compliance with best practices on portfolio management and reporting across the company’s funds
  • Database Management and Reporting

Work Experience / Knowledge:

  • Ideally 2-5 years of experience, preferably in Fund Management or PERE sectors
  • Strong academic background in business, finance or others’ relevant field
  • Strong numerical capability and exceptional financial modelling skills
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Strong technical capabilities in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to details and able to take ownership and work independently with guidance and supervision from the Team
  • Good at communication and coordination, strong interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in Chinese and English
