Our client is an international real estate investment company. With current office expansion, they are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities will cover but are not solely limited to:

  • Provide all-rounded administration and secretarial support to Company Directors
  • Work closely with the team to oversee, manage and assist to deliver projects
  • Provide support for internal staff relocations
  • Liaise with internal and external parties on business issues to maintain business networks & relationship
  • Provide general office admin duties including stationery ordering and courier arrangement
  • Oversee office facilities and liaise with building management to ensure proper productivity, safety, comfort and professionalism
  • Assist ad-hoc admin tasks when required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Preferably 2-years’ experience of Office Administration position; fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Good communication skills, fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Competent in PC applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize; strong attention to details
  • Outgoing personality, mature, self-motivated and strong sense of responsibilities
